The activities were amazing. This is the perfect location for friends and family. The beach resort is across the road so you have access to it. The resort has a water park for adults and kids. The main restaurant is amazing and has a variety of dishes.

The breakfast is a bit repetitive.

-I really liked the nice and smily stuff, very helpful and kind -I liked that every day there was different country theme for the food. Egypt dinner was the best. -I liked how big was the family room with elevator

-The kids area wasn't safe, as the kids play house fell apart when my 2 years old niece was inside!! No compensation was given at all. They didn't even wanted to watch the cameras. -the white cream sauce is weird... not creme more like bechamell and I didn't like it. -There are no popsicles in the pool - very far location from all center places, 20 to 30 minutes drive to each direction

All about this hotel is perfect. The staff is jovial and helpful. We stayed in 2 connected double rooms. The rooms are spatial, modern and very clean. The aquapark was very fun and has several activities for different ages. The food was various and tasty. The hotel is second line, but you are allowed to enter the beach in the front hotel just across the street. It has a sandy clean beach and very clean toilets We really enjoyed our stay Thanks for all the team

Really good resort, it has an upper class feel, the guests are more civilized compared to other resorts, the food is excelent, the best I tried in Egypt, the staff is not really visable so no pressure for tips all the time, it is very quiet, great aquapark, nice playground, spotless clean rooms

Tha aquapark and pools close too soon. it was very disappointing. my family likes to avoid the hot part of the day and enjoy the water after 4 pm but most slides stopped working then and pools at 5 pm...unacceptable for us. It's a bit far from the beach. The sister hotel by the beach has more positive vibe.

Everything was tip top conditions. The staff was beyond imagination when it comes to being polite and helpful. We will go back there.

The internet wasn't that good

1- well, I got the family suite and it was super, clean and comfortable beds and pillows. the 3 rooms was perfect for My wife , 3 kids ( 9 -7- 5) years , brother-in-law, and me. it was close to every thing park , restaurants, main pool, if choose the family suite tell that you want 1103 or 1104 , it will have a better view than mine in 1102 to the park. 2- Food starting with Breakfast there are many varieties and tasty but mostly every day the same (7.5/10) , lunch as well (8.5/10) , dinner is much better (9.5/10) they have barbeque and different food every day. Drink ( cola - Fanta- Sprite - Orange juice - pineapple juice- Water ) fresh orange juice is 35 LE . sinks between meals are perfect and tasty. 3 - The park is quite beautiful and well organized and well maintained , need from the guards to be more focused and they did after a talk to the manager directly while he was working and helping the workers over and this what I like with Mr.Mahumed ( Manager) that he is out there looking after his guests (10/10) I need thank all the staff over there they were so kids and always smiling. also Mr.Johne at the reception desk Mr. Hany at the restaurant 4- Night entertainment is good and it could be better Mr.Rio is Fun, (7/10) 5- Beach - is in the other Hotel across the street just like most of the hotels over there, if you search in google map you will understand, we visited once but we didn't say there long , looks okay- ( in my point of view (7.5/10), we liked the park more because my kids love to games at park. 6- Location - is great - Macdonald just few steps from you , stores around you , supermarket also. Hard rock caffe , restaurants. (8/10) we spent a wonderful time there in that well organized hotel and defnanlty defnanlty I will come again soon and stay in 1104. Aqua park is simply great! My daughter enjoyed so much and, honestly, me and my wife as well! Everyone of the staff works very hard The resort is very well maintened and clean The food is good and various We had an all inclusive staying and we are very satisfied of everything
